How to send a "Reset Password" link

If you are a center administrator and your teachers are unable to login, you can try sending them a "reset password" link to their email. The teacher can then check their email (and junk mail!) for an email from noreply@arktest.org which contains a link to reset their password. Often times, this reset will allow your teachers to login. To do this, please follow the steps outlined below.


Step #1: Click on the teacher tab in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen 


Step #2: Find the teacher who needs a password reset from your list of teachers, and press the blue "Send Email" button on the right side of your screen 



Step #3: Have your teacher check their email and rest their password using the link. If they are still having trouble logging in after this, please have them contact the ARK help desk and submit a help desk ticket.
