NEW! Team Teacher Report Viewing Option

Specifying "Team Teachers" to allow more than one teacher to view class reports

Many schools have requested the ability to have more than the 'Class Teacher' view reporting. This new feature allows a Center Administrator or Center Data Administrator to specify one or more additional rostered teachers to view reporting.

  1. Navigate to the Classes menu
  2. Select "Edit" in the Action menu
  3. In the editing window, click into "Specify Team Teachers"

  4. The list of rostered Teachers will show up. You can select one (or many) to add to that class.
  5. Click on "Save & close" to save changes.

Viewing Reports as a Team Teacher

To view an assign report as a Team Teacher when logged in to your ARK Account:
  1. Click on "Reports." 
  2. On the Report screen, review the list of classes to see the class listed as "{class name} (Team Teacher)"
  3. Click on the Team Teacher Class.

  4. To return to your regularly assigned classes, click on "Back to All Students" listed above the Classroom Title.
