Viewing Reports before national data is ready
We validate our calculations and algorithm in the days following national window closure, and anticipate results to be available in mid-to-late-May for whole-school and diocesan dashboards.
Viewing Individual Reports
Student and Educator individual, raw, non-normalized results are available immediately by:
Navigate to the respective user list
Finding the user of interest
Clicking on "Report" in the Three-dot menu for the user
Viewing Class Dashboards
When a class is 100% complete, the Teacher can view the raw class dashboard (without normalization scores) by clicking 'Reports' on their ARK Menu.
A Center Admin can see the draft versions of the Class reports
Go to the Classes menu.
For any class that is complete, click on the three dot menu
In the drop-down menu, select View Class Dashboard:
