Q. How do I create a testing section for a teacher test?

A. Please refer to the following help article for detailed instructions on how to create a testing section for a teacher test

Q. I’m a teacher and I have no students in my class or testing sections. How can I add students to my class or testing sections?

A. Only those with center admin or center data admin accounts have the ability to add students to classes or testing sections. You will have to reach out to your center admin or center data admin so that they can add students to your classes and testing sections.

Q. What is the ARK class ID number?

A.  The ARK class ID is a specific 5 digit number that’s created when you create classes. Each class has a unique and specific ARK class ID. The number can be found in the left most column in the classes tab. This number can be used to auto populate your students into their correct classes. Please see ‘Adding Students to Classes’ for instructions on how to do this.

Q. I can’t find my teacher test, where is it?

A.
1) You can check your email or spam folder for an email from noreply@arktest.org with a link that directs you to your test.
2) If you cannot find the link in your email, you can also access the test directly from your dashboard. If you login, on the main dashboard there should be a little green banner that says “Your assessment is now available. Please click this link to access and complete it.” If you click the link, it should bring you right to the test.
3) If you have checked your email and your dashboard and still cannot find your teacher test, it is MOST LIKELY that it has not been set up or opened by your center admin. You will have to contact them to have them create the testing section and make it available to you. If they need help creating and/or opening the teacher testing section, they can use the following link

Q. I am a teacher and I want to take the teacher test but I don’t know how, what are my next steps?

A. If you have not been sent a link by your Center Administrator and do not see a link to the test on your dashboard, please contact your Center Administrator and ask them if they plan on setting up a teacher testing section

Q. While creating classes, I can’t find my textbook, what do I do?

A. We sourced our list of textbooks from the USCCB approved curriculum list, and so we are finding that some textbook series do not appear. If the textbook you use does not appear, please select "Other" for the publisher, "Readings selected by teacher" for the textbook series, and "0" for the edition.
