If you are a center administrator and your teachers are unable to login, you can try sending them a "reset password" link to their email. The teacher can then check their email (and junk mail!) for an email from noreply@arktest.org which contains a link to reset their password. Often times, this reset will allow your teachers to login. To do this, please follow the steps outlined below.
Step #1: Click on the teacher tab in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen
Step #2: Find the teacher who needs a password reset from your list of teachers, and press the blue "Send Email" button on the right side of your screen
