Parish Rostering: Shared Grades
If your testing center has mixed grades in the same classroom and you are teaching ALL students in that class the same grade-level material there is a workaround to allow testing.
- Determine what grade-level material you are teaching
- Before Rostering your students, ensure that ALL students in that class are listed with the GRADE LEVEL taught.
Example: 3rd and 4th graders in one class learning 3rd grade material should all be entered as 3rd graders.
If you are teaching them Different, grade-specific materials, (3rd graders learning 3rd grade material while 4th graders learn 4th grade), then you would roster them as two separate classes with the same teacher and that teach can administer the test at the same time by opening each testing dashboard in different browser tabs.
